Dear Mr. President,

            All of us at Bring Our Troops Home applaud your efforts to end the needless war in Afghanistan and to start the process of reducing U.S. military commitment around the world.  We were never meant to be an Empire.  The only hope we as a nation have of returning to the bedrock American values is to end the Empire building and start to rebuild America.

            You have been doing that and we stand with you in solid agreement.

            But as you know, there are forces in Congress that oppose these polices.  They have ignored the overwhelming will of the American people and have blocked your efforts to end the Afghan War at every turn.  Led by Wyoming Representative Liz Cheney, these globalist forces have far too often overstepped their legitimate role.  Accordingly, we at Bring Our Troops Home have launched an effort to convince the members of the House Republican Conference to remove her for her position of leadership.  We believe it is a disgrace to have such an active opponent of your popular policies in a position of leadership and rank.

            Please see the letter (HERE) I have sent to all Republican Members of the Congress today.  Please note that there are links to the video appeals we are broadcasting in three Congressional districts. 

            Thank you for all you have done to restore America.  Know that we are prepared to help in any way to see the end to the needless endless wars of the past.
